The President Needs to Stand Against Extremist Opposition

Here’s hoping that the President stands strong against the extremist opposition that wants to force more pain on the American people over the threat of a government shutdown. Call their bluff, Mr. President, just as Bill Clinton did.

This battle, ostensibly over the deficit, is so much larger than the sum of its line-item parts.
